Come take a voyage with Admiral Zheng He, possibly the most revered Chinese maritime explorer in history. Credited as being the man who initiated trade liaisons between China and the rest of the Eastern world, it has even been suggested that he may have been the first to discover America. Jointly organised by the National Museum of China, this exhibition presents various artefacts from Zheng’s seven voyages over 600 years ago. The precious class-one relics include a genuine 11-meter rudder, a bronze bell with an inscription from the admiral and more than 60 items and 100 photographs documenting his voyages. Until May 15. Mon-Sat, 10am-6pm (closed on Tue) and Sun, 10am-7pm. Tickets are $10 and admission is free on Wed. Museum of History, 100 Chatham Rd. South, Tsim Sha Tsui, 2724-9042.
